Robotic laser welding machine

The robotic laser welding machine has a spot oscillation function, in which the spot moves along the robot's preset trajectory while also oscillating on both sides of the center of the trajectory according to the programmed graphics to improve the gap adaptation capability of the weld seam. By stirring the light spot in the welding pool, it can effectively reduce the defects such as porosity generated in the weld seam, and its welding of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum alloy is particularly significantly enhanced with smoother and more beautiful weld seam compared to ordinary single lens.
