Applications

TFL-200Ⅲ mold laser welding machine is the improvement of Bofang laser company on the basis of TFL-180Ⅲ, using Bofang independent research and development of the second generation of precision single lamp power supply for lamp pumping drive power, configured with touch screen, more convenient operation. The main machine is equipped with laser head hand crank lift and table button electric lift to realize laser welding processing of different thickness of molds. This model is more suitable for all kinds of high precision injection mold laser welding, precision plastic mold parts laser repair, plastic mold copper plating parts laser welding; can be used in the process of mold wear and tear laser repair; for mechanical processing errors, EDM processing errors, mold minus rubber design changes, such as the need to modify the mold, play a key role, can make up for the huge losses caused by processing errors.
